On 28-29 of May PANACEA is organizing its first End-Users/Stakeholders Workshop in Rome, Italy at UCSC-Gemelli.

The workshop will be the ideal occasions for End-Users and Stakeholders to practically interact with the PANACEA project and to be directly involved in the End-Users Stakeholders Platform (ESP).

The Platform will consist of organisations representing the stakeholders: Healthcare providers, Medical devices & applications providers, Health information system providers, Research organisations, Policy makers and regulators, Standard Developing Organisations, Cybersecurity solution providers, Insurance companies, Patients’ associations.

End-Users and Stakeholders involved in the ESP will be able to actively contribute and benefit from the PANACEA outputs and results in a twoflod role:

  • Advisory role: provision of user needs, advices to the project partners regarding users requirements, dissemination within your organisation or networks you are in contact with. As such the organisation represent is willing to participate to project workshops assessing, commenting and supplementing interim findings and final results of the project.
  • Validation role: acting as independent validator of the project solution, providing feedbacks on the usability of the demonstrated technologies for the purpose of an operational use. As such the organisation represent is willing to be involved or eventually to host a piloting action.

The intent of the workshop is:

  • Sharing R&D H2020 projects knowledge and the very first findings to the community
  • Discussing together about cybersecurity needs in healthcare ecosystem and identify relevant use cases built on your experience as stakeholders for users requirements elicitation

 

The first part of the event will be dedicated to front presentations made by PANACEA coordination and the coordinators of other R&D H2020 projects sharing approaches, methodologies and first results in matter of assessing and reducing cyber risks in hospitals and care centres. Here, an overview of the first PANACEA result will be presented related to “Models of health services and of medical devices lifecycle for cybersecurity”.
A second part of the event will be made by parallel workshop sessions in order to guide the participants in the provision of needs and requirements, which will be collected and analysed according to the project methodology.

Please take a look on the following set of typical questions we would like to answer together:

  • Which is your organisation and what it does?
  • Which is your role and daily tasks?
  • Have your organisation experienced the topic of cybersecurity issue?
  • Can you share how is perceived cybersecurity on your organisation?     
  • How your organisation is dealing with security (e.g. training, software solutions, policies and procedures, etc.)
  • What issues do you expect to be solved from a cybersecurity system?
  • How you perceive the impact of cyber-attacks in healthcare operations?

 

A private PANACEA project meeting will be held on Wednesday May 29th from 14:00 to 16:30.

TRANSPORTATION

Transfer from Fiumicino Airport:
At the Fiumicino Airport train station take the line FM1 direction Settebagni/Orte/Magliano Sabina (alternative destinations, all good). After 5 stops get off at “Trastevere” station. From there take the line FM3 direction Cesano/La Storta/Bracciano/Viterbo (alternative destinations, all good). After 5 stops get off at “Gemelli” station. The average transfer time is 50 min.

Transfer from Ciampino Airport:
Take the bus at Gate 02 “partenze linee ATRAL” (http://www.atral-lazio.com/en/ciampino) from Ciampino Airport to the “Anagnina” subway terminal.  
Take underground line “A”  towards the “Battistini” terminal and get off at Valle Aurelia (23rd stop). Then take the FM3 direction Cesano/La Storta/Bracciano/Viterbo (alternative destinations, all good) and get off at “Gemelli” station. The average transfer time is 1h and 20 min.
You will need two tickets: the first one from the airport to Anagnina (which can be purchased in various booths in the airport area); the second one (which can be purchased at a booth or at an automatic machine in the Anagnina Terminal) covering the whole trip to the “Gemelli “ station(underground and FM3 Train)

Alternative from Fiumicino and Ciampino to downtown Rome (Vatican and Termini station)
Take a shuttle bus of SITbus (http://www.sitbusshuttle.com/en/) or Terravision (http://www.terravision.com ). The average transfer time is 50 min.
