The 43rd Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society is the world’s largest international biomedical engineering conference and is taking place online from 31 October to 4 November 2021.

This year's theme is “Changing Global Health Care in the Twenty-First Century”. Distinguished keynotes present scientific results in research and innovation fields of biomedical engineering, healthcare technology R&D, translational clinical research, technology transfer and entrepreneurship, as well as biomedical engineering education. 

The conference offers mini- symposia, workshops, special sessions, oral and poster sessions, sessions for students and young professionals, sessions for clinicians and entrepreneurs, and exhibits from vendors and universities.

PANACEA research findings at EMBC 2021:

Members of the PANACEA team are contributing to EMBC 2021 with a paper entitled "PANACEA resilient and secure toolkit for healthcare infrastructures", co-authored by S. Sfakianakis and E.
