D8.3 - Communication and dissemination: strategy and achievements, intermediate version

D8.3 is the intermediate version of the PANACEA Research Communication and Dissemination Plan. It reports on the achievements up to June 2020, which is the mid-way stage of this 36-month research and innovation action funded under Europe's Horizon 2020. It explains how PANACEA is adapting its strategy for communication, dissemination of results and stakeholder engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic. It describes its core and complementary stakeholder groups and how PANACEA is engaging with them on a regular basis as key for the successful uptake of the PANACEA toolkit.
